"The setting and view"

"A bit outdated but a lot of character. Super clean and a very courteous staff. Kind of reminded me of a ski hotel in the Alps I used to stay at in the 80s. I guess you could say “nostalgic“. Other than needing a few modern upgrades it was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Nice hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were well maintained. Parking was decent. Breakfast was typical German breakfast so good."

"The location couldn't be any better as the terrace has views over the river and promenade. Room and bathroom were cleanly, just a little small. "

"The room was rated as handicap accessible. There were NO grab bars in the toilet or shower. The shower door opens into the shower making it very difficult to close the door once inside. The municipal water had bacteria in it and could not be drunk. There was one filter to get water at the elevators, a long way from my room, especially considering my handicap. I was afraid to use it to was my hands or brush my teeth."

"No laundry. Room very small."
