"The WiFi isn't worth using. Bring a mobile hotspot if you need internet. Housekeeping knocked and then immediately swiped the card and tried to barge in on me. Not acceptable. "

"The staff were amazing, the room was amazing (the bathroom, the shower, the bed, the blackout curtains, the fancy robe, and the interior design were all superb), and the restaurant was fantastic! Unfortunately, I'm really sensitive to sound, and because the building is older, I could definitely hear small sounds in the plumbing, refrigeration, and/or ventilation that made it hard to sleep well. Additionally, the remote was a bit sluggish with the TV, and the previous guests' Netflix access hadn't been cleansed from the TV. I mentioned all of these things to the front desk, they made a note of them, and they offered me extra points since I was only staying one night."
