"We arrived before 3pm to drop off our cases and were allowed to check into our room just after 12 at no extra cost. This was very helpful. Breakfast was just right and dining room nicely placed to look over the Watershed area of Bristol."

"Really enjoyed our night here for our anniversary. Room was bright, airy and clean and the hotel was very nice.
Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
One thing we did notice is that it does require some maintenance on the outside. Our room was on the 1st floor, with a small balcony. Although the weather was fine, we were unable to sit out there as there was too much sitting rainwater, and from looking on the ground up, the balcony edges were worn and looking tired/ messy.

"We stayed In a loft bed room of 4, 2 queen beds.
The staff was super nice and professional. Very helpful with any questions.
We had a no window room. The air conditioning and ventilation were working perfectly fine.
2 minor points was that the surfaces on the bedframe could have been cleaner. And the showerhead could do with a not so fancy looking one but more functionality"

"I found all the staf were verry friendle and helpful tge room was verry nice the shower was verry good this is my second visit and will be back next year suppose the only downside was the breakfast as much as it was a full english not much choice for vegan"

"Great location for the Cotswolds, easy parking. Breakfast was great, the host was such a kind young man. I’ve forgotten his name but always so helpful and a huge smile on his face and so helpful to his coworkers.
I booked too late for the spa therapies so all that was left was a 25min massage which was disappointing because we were hoping for longer. The massage itself was WONDERFUL! The spa facilities are small, did honestly expect slightly bigger. There was only one lounge chair around the...
