We went to a Knicks game at MSG and it was great to be so close and just walk across the road. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, Gania was our server and was very friendly and kind! The only real critique was there were no hangers on the wall for towels/umbrellas/wet raincoats. We stayed over the weekend where it rained every day and having a place that was not in the enclosed closet...

"Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it. "This is an excellent location, central to everything and steps away from subway. Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Lobby was lively and inviting to work in or just hang out. I also liked the low-light vibe throughout, however, it was difficult to put make-up on in my room which is the only drawback. Overall, I felt it was great value for the area and I would book there again."
