I was traveling with my elderly parents, who were unable to use the stairs, making the villa completely unsuitable for our needs. "Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were modern, updated, and exceptionally clean. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and it was clear the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in top condition. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded. We were especially impressed by how quiet and peaceful it was throughout our stay. Book the room. It is worth it!"

"The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so."

"This place is NOT a resort by any stretch o the imagination! The pictures and online description are extremely and intentionally misleading. Breezy Palms is a run down motel with furniture that looks like it came straight from a landfill. It is also NOT on a beach as falsely stated online. There is a small roped off water area full of trash and ocean sludge. Some sand was trucked to create a “beach” area which is next to a boat dock that has zero water access due to the amount of sharks swimming...

"The first night we stayed, we had no power in half the room, which had no air conditioning or lighting for that half trying to use stove had no gas for stove.Shower was lukewarm if that no one on-site for help was relocated to another room. Frühstück war inkludiert. Wir wurden halbwegs satt aber das einzigste gesunde war eine Banane und verwässertes Porridge. Die Kinder haben Bagels, Fertigwaffeln und Ei aus dem Tetrapack gegessen. Es gibt neben dem Hotel eine sehr schöne Bar am Wasser."

We do not typically stay at motels, but this little gem exceeded our expectations and was better maintained than some four star hotels we have visited.
