"We stayed here for two nights during our first trip to Dublin and enjoyed how close to the city centre the hotel was. It was an easy walk to the national gallery, trinity college, temple bar and many restaurants, shops and pubs. The hotel room was basic, but very clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size with a great shower. We enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar. Nearby restaurants we enjoyed were Kehoes for breakfast, Bunsen for a burger, Leo Burdock’s for fish & chips, and Bambino for a slice of pizza."

"The location was a bit outside the city center, providing a fabulous introduction to life in Ringsend. The nearby park is lovely, and while the distance to city center was walkable, there are multiple bus routes that can easily take you where you want to go."

"We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending a concert at 3Arena for which the hotel is ideally situated. Staff friendly and helpful and hotel and room very clean. The only issue we found was the air con was very loud so could not use it at night. However, this would not put us off staying again if attending the Arena."

"Great stay and perfect location close to the arena. Very close to a Dublin Express bus stop if you are coming from the airport. Small things would have made it even better for example room had no tissues - minor point but would have expected some in a hotel of this type. Breakfast was nice but food was not very hot which I know is really difficult when you are catering for so many people. These really are minor points and I would definitely stay at The Samuel again."
