"There was a general feeling the reception staff were under pressure. Calling you up the check in and then passing you off to other staff member one minute later (1st of May) far right desk. It would have been better just to wait until a desk was free that could do a full check in. I also don't appreciate being greeting with a clip board at a run from the enterance at 00:50. And then passed off to reception without any sort of courtesy as they couldn't fine my name on a list. Just made me feel slightly unwelcome. As someone who stays in the area afton but never at this hotel it was a disappointment to a general excellent feeling from all other services. Room 539,"

"Booked a weekend as we came over for the rugby. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. we ate in the restaurant on the Friday and had a lovely meal. The hotel is very busy on rugby days but it doesn’t impact on the service. Wish we could have stayed longer. Taxi from the port 20 mins and €22. Bus and dart from the port €5 each and took over an hour."

"Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The staff should tell people that the Hop on Hop Off bus stops at 5pm"

"Good room and good location! The staff was really nice. Our room was slightly warm in the night, but not enough to be a major issue and we didn’t ask for help. I was worried about noise based on other reviews, but we didn’t have noise issues. Maybe a little bit from the street on Friday night because we were on the street side, but nothing from inside the hotel. I would definitely stay again"

"Stayed in 2024, returned again. First night of a week stay, the room was hot. Front desk staff moved us to another room, no issue, even with my frustrations. No complaints and better this stay with the coffee area open, restaurant operating, etc. Brought son and daughter in law along and they enjoyed their room as well. So close to Lua tram, Centra market for snacks, etc. Love Beckett Locke"

"Perfectly located for 3Arena but about a mile and a half along the river to the centre of Dublin. Staff were amazing, super friendly and attentive. Rooms were very, very generous on size and bathrooms were spotless. Would definitely stay here again."
