"Great hotel and great restaurant."

"Everything was clean. Nice. Check in and check out were very easy. Great location"

"The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. There was nothing negative about our stay, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"I about panicked when, while I was checking in, the man behind the desk said, "I don't find a reservation for you." Then he said, "Oh, I am on the wrong page." (Whew!) When I got to my room on the 6th floor, my key didn't work, so I had to carry my luggage back down to the desk to had new key cards made. When i got into the room, I discovered that one of the two lights on the bedroom wall was not working; I reported it the next morning and it was repaired while I was out that day. To be candid,...

"Hotel was great only thing in the room we didn’t like was that the toilet was short and getting up from it was a hassle. They have Dove products in the bathroom which we liked. Also very convenient having a microwave in the room even though there’s a restaurant with a bar inside the hotel. Very nice hotel book it, you won’t be disappointed."

"O understand that the property is a little dated, but there were several areas on the wall under the heat/air conditioning unit that were quite dirty and had holes in them."

"Bed was comfy, water was hot in the shower. Breakfast could of been way better though"

"Very convenient location. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Gas Station. Sam’s and Costco were nearby. Plenty of parking. Had a water fountain, gym and pool."

"I would give zero stars but I’m forced to give 1. Let me start by saying I felt lied to and taken advantage of immediately at check-in. My mistake for not immediately leaving. First we purchased a 2 bdrm king size beds suite. That room does NOT exist but I paid for it. So we were forced to downgrade to one king one double bed. Mind you we received no discount, credit, or even an apology for the misrepresentation of the property and Expedia. As if that wasn’t bad enough we had NO heat in the...

"First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I have made an exception this time in order to help anyone deciding to stay at this Microtel in North Canton, Ohio. My wife and I are in our 70's and we chose this hotel because it was close to Sluggers and Putters Amusement Park. While checking in at the hotel, my wife (jokingly) said to the clerk "We are taking a vacation from our dogs." The clerk rudely responded "No pets are ALLOWED". After we got that misunderstanding cleared up, it took way too...

"Place was quiet, no one being loud and noisy. I stay here frequently when I’m in town for meetings. Front staff has always been friendly."

"Stayed here because I wanted a outside pool with food and bar service for relaxation. Of course the property is complete with beautiful views of golf course but everything else dates back to the original ( 1990's) opening day. So sad that such a wonderful property has been let go and never changes. I did enjoy my time at the pool that is "very" old but functional as well."

"Older motel. Room and hallways smelled like old wet carpet. Parts of ceiling were falling."
