"A very well set out place with very friendly and helpful staff .The room was great and clean ,although some mould around the bath but overall a great place to stay .Noisy outside until the early hours but not a lot you can do about that ."

"On the morning of our check out there was a power cut and the shower flooded overnight leaving the bathroom smelling like sewage. This meant that we had no internet to find our way to durdle door, could not use the shower, didn’t get breakfast, and our electronic devices could not be charged. Whilst we appreciate power cuts are not in the control of the hotel, the staff’s reaction to the power cut and to the flooded shower tray was unhelpful. They simply stated these things happen and said another room’s bathroom was flooded. No discount was offered for the inconvenience or lost amenities or apology was given."

"Beautiful property in a charming village , lovely clean rooms but the best part is the restaurant ! Truly exceptional meals - dinner was amazing and breakfast was definitely the best I have eaten ! Desserts are a must try and they have an extensive wine list too ! The staff is friendly and truly hospitable… great stay and will return soon again !"
