"Positives: fantastic property location, we hadn't realised quite how isolated it was. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and well equipped, as was the large pool and the garden area, which were maintained to a really high standard every day. It made a great base for either chilling out and enjoying the fantastic pool, or exploring Rome / local towns. The photos are all accurate. The estate is beautiful and peaceful, with amazing views. The hosts were helpful providing great local information before we arrived.Negatives: these are small points but personally I would have preferred to have seen them more clearly stated on the listing, to reduce the element of surprise upon our arrival. 1) Air conditioning - is available but only in the lounge and master bedroom. So during our very hot week, our kids were disappointed to have much hotter nights than we did, despite the fans in their bedrooms :-( 2) Privacy - on this private estate we didn't know that there is also the main & much larger property, 100m away, separated by a small copse. Whilst you are not directly interrupted, you also don't have the complete privacy that we were expecting.Overall we had a fantastic time here - thank you Isabelle and Patrice"

"This property is outside of central Rome. It has a direct train connection to central Rome and the train station is a 5min drive up the road. The hotel does not offer shuttles to and from the train station however. The property is well maintained although slightly dated. They offer a great breakfast. The pool is very nice and clean."

"Everything was stand out. Our hosts Roberta and Stefano were wonderful, great communication, caring and provided information of area activities and attractions. Every detail of the house is thoughtful and well designed and maintained. Excellent spot to explore the Castelli Romani and a quick train ride into Roma. Highly recommend this property and we have stayed at many Vrbo's."
