"The room appeared nice clean.However it's completely showing its age. The refrigerator broke the first night. They fixed it the next morning in broke again. They unplugged it for the overnight when to replace it. The day before we left didn't have the parts to replace it. So the entire time we were there, we had no refrigerator to use. The hot tub with the unit was broke. Parts were ordered. So we had no use of the hot tub. When this stuff was taken to customer service, we were told it was an amenity and not a guarantee, and they would refund nothing or give no compensation.At all. We upgraded to the mega inclusive to be able to use the other restaurants and resorts. However, they were completely booked up with no openings, so $400 additional dollars we ate at one buffet and walked into one other restaurant. Housekeeping was good. She came in every day. The place was clean. The linens were replaced and the Golf shuttle. It's very convenient. I will say the restaurants. We're very good food was upscale and work the reservation. We also had outlets in both bathrooms that did not work for 2 out of the five days we were there. Also, there was no Wi-Fi, and when we called the desk to ask, they said it had been worked on. But that the workers went home for the day.It would not return till the next day to work on it again. I understand island time, but there's also customer service and what you pay for to consider. I booked through Expedia and ask them to help me with my issues. No "

"Divi Aruba All Inclusive was just okay. Housekeeping skipped our room once, the Towel Hut ran out of Beach Towels on our 2nd day, the beach chairs could use some maintenance. "

"The room was dated and the bathroom was rough. The closet was in the bathroom and the vents had mold in them. I am not going to book again. "

"Food was good, but buffet only open at 1 resort for dinner. Beach towel management is very poor. They provide 1 towel per person in the room for the day. Towel hut buildings are closed so no exchanging of towels. Guest must carry wet, sandy towels through the resort to leave in the room creating a poor experience. "

"Great location! This was a well-stocked almost brand new condo. We did rent a car the entire stay, which was helpful for grocery store runs, dinner reservations, etc. The only negative during our trip, which has nothing to do with the condo, was bus loads of cruise passengers showing up on the beach for the day directly across from the condo, making an otherwise chill beach extremely busy. If you can find a cruise schedule online, I would go out before 8 am to reserve space on any days that cruisers show up, or plan alternate activities that day. "
