"The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! On entering the hotel, the outdoor carpet was dirty - not a good first impression. The ladies' restroom off the main lobby was not clean when I was in there Saturday morning. The Keurig was hard to operate because of its location."

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Probably the best of any hotel we've stayed at. Location was pretty good for activities in downtown area. Room was very nice: good size, nice shower. Were surprised when we found out that we got tickets for three free drinks at the bar. Only had two types of beer, but one was an excellent local craft brew. Free breakfast buffet not the greatest. Surprised that they also had a free dinner buffet. Food wasn't great, but worked out well for us to get a quick bite before heading out to Fiserv Forum."

"Older bartender unfriendly and stale. The whole hotel has lost its vibe from a few years back. Half the staff friendly and attentive, the other have doesn't want to be there. Rooms are starting to show that the Hotel probably will fail sooner than later. We have stayed at least a dozen times, sad this will likely be our last."
