"We had a few hiccups when we got to our room, but the staff corrected everything immediately. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee needed to be replenished (it was empty), the eggs and sausage needed to be refilled ( 2 sausages left and no eggs), so not many choices for breakfast. It may have been the time, around 8:00 am, because it became very busy."

"I stayed at a Tru hotel when I was in Florida last year and I loved it so much that I said to myself when we go to the beach this year, we will stay at a TRU and I am so amazingly pleased that the customer service and cleanliness is consistent!! I suggested to family that we should stay there as well!"
