"Always a great place to stay."

"Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived after an 11 p.m. flight, exhausted and expecting to check in and rest immediately. Instead, due to an issue with the hotel’s booking system, the staff could not find my reservation, and I was left standing at the front desk for over an hour. "The staff was so nice and helpful. I needed help with things on 3 different occasions, and they were all friendly while assisting me."

"I was taken aback with how stained and dirty the hallway carpets were. This is an easy fix. Rhonda is the breakfast manager has great interpersonal skills. Is very friendly and accomodating."

"Good people"

Even though I talked with Expedia then they just stopped letting me respond. They said they would email...

"They need to figure out their parking because we were told we had. We could park at Bob Evans and Bob Evans said that we couldn't park there. Some of the towels were really really thin so we couldn't get dried off. Other than that it was all right"

"Excellent"
