"We did not have a good experience. I reserved a room with a balcony looking over the water and instead I got a room with a window and no balcony on the ground floor. The room looked like it used to be a storage room and was converted. It had spiderwebs all over it even though they had cleaned the room. The spiderwebs look like they have been there for a while and we ended up having to kill and clean a bunch of spiderwebs all over the room not to mention we had a spider on the bed. I get you...
