"When I arrived, I was surprised to see that I had been upgraded to a king suite at no additional cost. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly."

"I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!"

"Overall, my recent stay was great. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, and met all my needs. The only area for improvement was the smell. There was a very strong cleaning or air freshener scent that was masking another smell (maybe smoke or pets). This will not prevent me from future stays but it's worth noting as it was strong enough that my wife could smell it as soon as I opened my suitcase when I returned home!!"

"Such a fun weekend being tourists in our own town! We booked the cutest downtown Airbnb for our daughter’s 8th birthday sleepover with our best friends. We parked our car Friday and didn’t use it once — everything is just a short walk away! Friday night: Marion Brewing Co. + Blend of Seven Winery (love that they’re family-friendly!) Saturday: coffee at The Remnant + jumping at Max Aiir. Huge thanks to Courtney & her team at for making it perfect — we’ll definitely be doing this again!"
