"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had suited us, and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had the level of noise from other guests. If there was soundproofing between floors and rooms it would be better. I resorted to ear plugs."

"The room was very comfortable and staff were lovely. Breakfast was great and lots of options for kids too."

"Excellent service and assistance with local travel arrangements given the construction currently occurring in Canberra"

"Current construction works for the light rail extension compromises what otherwise is a good location. The hotel itself seems a little tired, particularly in the hallways leading to the rooms and the room itself. The mattress was a bit soft for my liking."

"Great apartment hotel for families."

"Clean and helpful staff."

"Clean room, friendly staff, complementary breakfast, close to city center and restaurants. EV chargers"

"This is a real bucket list experience. We chose the 1 night stay which included full board and a guided tour of the Zoo. We also did the additional Meerkat Experience at extra cost on our arrival day. We had a Lemur room and we could also see the lion enclosure from our room. The Zoo was amazing as was the food and drinks served - all top notch!"

"Room are clean and modern"

"I had to remind the reception showing them my booking in app that I have a free bottle of wine as a VIP with Expedia. They didn’t have it in the record. It was delivered afterwards."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area, with a place to park your car overnight and a Woolies across the road. Kitchenette makes self-catering possible, but we just ordered room service (didn't wait long at all - reasonably priced). Bed was soft with crisp linen. Room was clean. We were able to stream onto the big TV from our devices. All up: great spot!"
