"This is definitely a 3 star resort, but it's a good one. The buildings are dated but they were clean and recently remodeled. The staff at the check in were kind and helpful. People stay here for the park which definitely makes the stay worthwhile. You will not find another place in the Dells where you can spend so much time without spending additional money. "This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin."

"Pool across the street was small, but nice and quiet. Bathrooms in the rooms are ridiculously small! Basically enough room to stand in them (the sink is outside the bathroom). Soap and shampoo dispensers were both empty. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for breakfast first morning. Second morning we knew to not even bother to try to get any. Getting coffee and Starbucks inside restaurant was also impossible on Saturday morning as workers were there and acknowledged us, but never came to wait...

"I mentioned that I was a Gold member per Expedia instruction to receive perks but received none. We also notified front desk about the loud noise from the room upstairs as it was already 11pm and people are still being loud. No actions were done. Probably won’t be back in this property."

"Very comfortable bed. Room was large with microwave , fridge, sink and coffee maker. Balcony opened up to a great view of the lake. Great handmade bagel place right on the premises. Plenty of lunch and dinner spots close by. Be sure to book a cruise while you’re there. Short walk and plenty of options."

"Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again."
