"Very welcoming and clean"

"Loved the property and the amenities offered! The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and absolutely amazing. The pools were also well-heated and very enjoyable. Although they were a bit smaller than I expected, they were fantastic nonetheless. The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was the overall fantasy-themed experience. I had expected the staff to embrace the fantasy element a little more, perhaps through themed uniforms, character interactions, and a more...

"Great views of the Wisconsin dells river and hotel was decorated very nice."

"Clean comfy bed."

"Great place"

"Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay"

"A fantastic updated property in the Dell's. It's one of the if not the nicest hotel in the area. Has a luxury feel to it and a very good restraunt attached. It felt more geared towards adults, but does have a nice indoor pool with a kids play area. A must stay if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells."

". Understand the new standard of only cleaning a room every other day but at least the coffee pods could be replaced daily."

"love the hot tub and it was so relaxing after stressful day"

"Clean rooms, top floor pool, easy in/out parking, great gym, helpful staff & beautiful architecture."

"We liked it all!!! Will definitely stay again n you walk around the corner n walk 2 blocks you are looking at a Starbucks on the right n to the left is shopping n food You are surrounded by water no matter where you walk!!! Love Love Love the whole area!!!!"

"Room was nice size. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room included buffet breakfast which was ok. Scrambled eggs dry. Waffles soggy But oatmeal and bagels were good. Some fruit and yogurt option also. Evening has an option to order food from the bar area with a limited menu. But accommodating bar tenders. Parking is $36 Getting from garage into hotel can be confusing. Not marked very well. Location for the Miller Life Theater was 2 blocks and easy walk. I would stay there again, but probably...

"The hotel was pleasant nothing spectacular. We didn't get maid service which was a bummer. Apparently I had to fill out a card if I wanted to get maid service. Never in my life of all the hotels I've stayed in I had to fill out a maid card request. We stayed 3 nights and didn't get any made service.I have two toddlers in the room and it was a hot mess.. I asked the front desk the next day , why our room wasn't clean and he told me , I had to fill out a card. Lol so you can see how that...

"We love this place. The front desk workers are always very nice and efficient."
