"The fan on the air conditioning was absolutely horrible! It sounded like a train coming through the room every time the fan kicked on! It took forever to get hot water in the shower. The rooms were OK. Nothing great, but it was fine for one night. The breakfast was a 7 out of 10. Had a good variety."

From the peaceful sound machine that is playing the moment you first walk in, to the most incredible bathroom / shower setup we have every experienced, to the starlight projector in the trees off of the back porch-- nothing has been left out by the owners of this property!!"

"Junk containers everywhere, 'lumber' under plastic by frontdoor, pool covered, trash in pool area, weeds everywhere, dead animal on driveway pointed out to manager when arrived but still there next morning, broken luggage rack, dirty refrigerator, no chair in room to sit on, "reception" area like the Black Hole of Calcutta. Room smelled of stale smoke while bathroom had urine hints by toilet."

"Cabin was in poor condition. Windowsills were full of dead ants. Toilet had a drip leak in the hose line, with a bucket placed underneath to catch. When we arrived, the bucket was overflowing and spilling water onto the bathroom floor. It seemed nobody had cleaned or checked on the room in weeks or even months before we arrived."

"My wife and I had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home. The owners were kind and inviting and showed us around the property. The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking. We ate meals looking out the window at the scenery. We had our pontoon boat and put it in at Smith Lake Park which was about 3-5mi down the road. We would come back here for sure!"

"We had a wonderful weekend. The cabin was beautiful, had everything you would need and more. It is located right on the lake, with kayaks & a canoe available. Also located close to many wonderful trails to explore. We hope to come back!"

"The kitchen was really well stocked for a lot of people. The rooms were great except we didn't know that you had to go through the upstairs room to get to 3 more beds. The lake and sitting places were fantastic, our children and grandchildren had so much fun."
