"Smaller resort, which was actually nice b/c it is more relaxing. Gorgeous pool area. We stayed in an over-water bungalow, which was spacious and lovely. The only complaint I would say is it would have been nice to have a chair. Like just a regular chair to sit in. There wasn't one in the room or on the deck (only lounge chairs). We were only there for a layover before our cruise so we didn’t really use the amenities other than the fitness room (had all that I needed to get a good full body weight workout done), and the Algortherm Spa (we had a couples massage -well done-and used the steam room there. "Excellent view, Beautiful black sand beach had quite a bit of trash on it, Food was ok, pool definitely needs repair but was functional, Faucet in bathroom was completely loose from the sink the flush button on the toilet was broken Lots of chickens crowing very early in the am There was a used condom in the couch. We were looking for a hotel space that could accommodate six adults… and we paid over $900 a night (which didn’t include breakfast) to this hotel as one of the few that said it could accommodate us, however they crammed us into a room like sardines.
