"Always relaxing and enjoyable"

"The room smelled unpleasant and the tub was fairly mildewy."

"No staff on property. Heating unit not working. Someone texted me info to correct problem but did not work. No one offered to come look at it. It was late. When we got there window was open and was cool. Never warmed up. Television was horrible. No local channels or ESPN. ONLY ROKU streaming. PARKING WAS HORRIBLE. Not enough parking for a full house crowd. Would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. NEVER. As far I know no staff was ever on the grounds."

"Love our stay in Vikings. Staff was amazing and very attentive and helpful. The cabins were beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Very recommended. Hope to go back in the future."

"Laptop got stolen from the room"

"Pretty basic but comfy beds and a good sleep after a long journey."

"It was amazing other than no staff being on site. Breakfast was very slim, no many choices at all."

"The room needed cleaning attention. Cob webs, and rugs needed vacuuming. Maid service was a bare minimum. Bed was half made. No attention to details. Pillows were left untouched. Towels were old and ugly looking. Continental breakfast was kinda of a joke. Didn't partake in it. Also a charge was done before I checked in."

"It was a beautiful property with friendly staff. The room was very pretty but the mattress was very soft and the pillows were tiny. We loved the fireplace as well but when you lay down you can't see the fire and it was uncomfortable to sit at the end of the bed. A cozy area should be in front of the fire place. However I would still stay there again."

"The room was disgusting , pop on the walls of bathroom , all walls pretty dirty . Bugs in The bathroom. Microwave was broken and no TV for 2 of our 3 days there never again ."

"I had a service animal that unfortunately was barking. A good part of the day when anybody went past the door and this property proceeded to charge me $50 as a consolation against their policy. And also they charged a $300 service fee, which was returned."

"very noisy. no soundproofing whatsoever. very clean but very sterile. I felt like i was a monk in a monastery. great for a bed for the night."

"Very old fashion rooms. Twin queen beds were comfortable but dated. I liked the den area were your group can get together and talk. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly."

"The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology"

"The room was marginally clean but the bathroom didn’t appear to have been maintained. There was mold in the toilet and no toilet brush! Persistent water problems. There was no chain for the door. I felt unsafe so I pushed the table against the door. This place could benefit from an update."

"The front desk were very helpful"
