"Great location, fabulous room, modern and spacious."

"perfecte locatie en goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding maar verwacht geen luxe."

"The room was very clean and roomy. I loved the tile shower and how hot the water was. The front desk staff was very helpful and cheerful. As were the people that cleaned up everyones breakfast dishes. The breakfast itself was really great with a selection of eggs, meat, mushrooms (that I loved) waffles, yougurt fruit and breads. I looked forward to it each morning. No idea about the parking since I took a train to Bath. It's also incredibly well situated to the city center."

"Great location, very boutique style hotel. The lighting in the room needs to be improved dramatically. It was dim and difficult to read a book. Minor issue, but the coffee cups provided were old and had significant stains, a real put off if using them for coffee or tea. The doors in lobby made significant noise that carried up through the second floor. Perhaps look at a way to dampen that."

"Free parking close to the town"

"Lovely hotel. Walking distance to town. Spa enjoyable."

"This is a very nice older hotel if you want to stay out of the core area of Bath. It’s situated on the hill overlooking the city. Some refurbishment work is in progress on the outside of the building."

"Disappointing stay, with poor soundproofing and an eye-watering bar bill. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear practically everything throughout the night. I was eventually woken up at 5am by another guest using their toilet. Nobody expects complete silence in a hotel, but when you can hear that level of noise from neighbouring rooms, something clearly isn’t right. A decent night’s sleep should be the bare minimum. The bar wasn’t much better either. I ordered two drinks expecting to pay...

"Wonderful birthday trip for my wife. We will be back!!"

"The hotel offered more than we needed. Super friendly staff throughout the property, beautifully large room and bathroom. Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel in a handy location...easy flat walk into the city. Everything is fresh and clean and the breakfast has a great choice. The only thing that lets it down is the extortionate cost for parking...way beyond anywhere else in Bath! We ended up using JustPark and paying £16 for over 24hrs parking rather than the £50 at the hotel!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. It was across the street from a beautiful park and very close to town center. The breakfast was one of the best meals of our trip and the staff was incredible. They were so friendly and we so enjoyed visiting with them. We would stay again in a heartbeat. It made our Bath trip!"
