"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays."

"Mirage has excellent location, right above the water, with a walkway to get to Airlie beach and the marina. It also has a bus stop just down the road to get to Airlie beach or any other location. The apartment was huge with sweeping views of the water. The only negative for me was the bed, which was too soft but that is individual preference. "The food venue and services are not 5 stars resort was very nice. Not much to do. Aqua and bam bam lunch restaurant and food was terrible they keep you waiting 45 minutes or more for your order. And no Comunication at all when they run out of bananas to do your smoothie after waiting 45 minutes. In Bam Bam they serve the food overcooked and burnt. Very expensive to eat and drink"

"This is a really nice hotel in a lovely location on Airlie beach. Rooms are spacious and clean, and views of the bay are lovely. Staff are very helpful. My only complaint is the level of noise at the hotel, the beach and pool area that overlooks the sea, play boom-boom pow music almost constantly and in our view, interferes with a relaxing vibe. Other than that, really nice stay. Sept 2026"

"This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out.
