"It was amazing the room the staff, the food omg so much to choose from, and the unlimited drinks was the bombshell for our party. They were very accommodating to the fact that I don’t drink alcohol. I was so happy that their frozen drinks added alcohol after being poured. That’s not the case at most places ❤️❤️❤️ed it. Oh and the shows I must not forget. Though the cost of my excetran headache meds was a bit high I was able to get"

"I enjoyed my stay at Azul. The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. The furniture in the room and certain places were a bit dated but outside of that, everything was fine. The seven mile beach was incredible and they put on a good show at nice, There is a club with a DJ that starts at 11pm and ends around 1. All in all, I had a great time and would visit again."

"Overall the resort was great! I didn’t know that the resort had just reopened, so there were extremely unexpected delays with checkin and items needed in the room, i.e. an iron and ironing board. Fire alarm was going off sporadically and it was loud! I was upgraded to a swim out and although it was nice, the pool was not clean at all. The food was great and the staff was as helpful as they could be I guess, but very jovial and pleasant. I’m sure when they are back up 100% it will be amazing and...

"My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... ...

The only reason I wouldn’t stay again is I’m from nearby and whenever I visit home I tried to stay away from all inclusive because I would like to have my family visit me with ease and that was a little hard for me but thanks to Monique she is so sweet and all the staff also."
