"Towels were threadbare and had hair on them. No place to fill a water bottle except drinking fountain in pool area which didn’t spout high enough to fill the bottle. Also, the pool room has limited access. I gave up and overpaid for bottled water. Window did not lock securely. The staff immediately fixed it."

"It was a very beautiful and relaxing experience"

"Perfect for what we needed"

"Breakfast was easy and convenient and the bar/restaurant on-site was wonderful! Easy and convenient place to stay!"

"Quite relaxing place😍"

"We had a wonderful stay as a family for fall break. Loved the amenities. Charming resort"

"Very helpful directions, even when arriving late at night. Spacious and clean, great retreat in the woods."

"Off season…nothing open."

"We have stayed here before. Unsure why it would be called luxury. We do like coming. Breakfast is nice, not $60 though. The first course of breakfast is usually dry, left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached, and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning."

"The hotel had character in the entrance but the actual guest rooms were just average. The staff was friendly and very nice to have valet parking in this downtown area. We didn’t have anything from the restaurant so can’t really speak about it."

"Room was clean but very lacking in maintenance and updates. The lobby was beautiful and well maintained, has a pub but didn't go there. Outside is very run down and there is an extreme lack of maintenance outside and in our room which was a handicap accessible unit. Would not stay there again unless there was better maintenance."

"Very clean close to harpers ferry"
