"The room smell unclean carpet, we can hear easy the neighboors talking loud at 3 am...they probably had a plane to catch and they had to wake-up the kids...and the common place like elevator where very durty...."

"Room walls and bathroom not clean, pink mold at shower drain, thin towels, worn out towels, worn out and stained sheets, I hope I can post pictures. WiFi not reliable. Provided breakfast just ok, the scrambled eggs were cold, no meat choice. Nice location."

"Beautiful property, great staff, Bathrooms are dated but enjoyed the stay."

"Great staff. Wonderful stay. Would book with them again."

There was also a pool table in the...

"Everything was exceptional. The food was simply amazing. Breakfast also so yummy. The only thing we were disappointed about was the hottub was not working. Did get repaired the next day. Ogelbay has really stepped it up since the remodeling. Can't wait to visit again!"
