"This is my 6th stay at the HW. Its well priced hotel, good location close to ATM, Mall restaurants and most importantly the close to the harbour where ferries leave to go to the Mentawai islands. "

"i think the kindest thing might be to say that its not set up for foreign guests - but the reality is it was disgracefully dirty and how they can get away with calling it 5 stars is beyond me - I left and went to Murcure, totally unacceptable for any guests."
