"So paid for breakfast both nights but my flight was changed for the second morning so could not get breakfast as too early to check out? The guy behind the desk said no problem and we can’t give you your money back but I will have a packed breakfast made for you both and leave outside your door so you can take with you! Well no breakfast and the guy on the check out desk did not have a clue about it! So 50 pounds for two breakfasts was well worth it NOT Hotel was very nice though"

"Close to the airport."

"Very comfortable room and bed. Easy check in and out. Food leaves something to be desired."

"A simple room, close enough to the airport to be convenient. Not much around so food options are limited, but for an overnight stay before your flight its fine"

"Communal areas could do with some TLC - threadbare carpets etc. Room and bathroom both very clean"

"Room was kept clean Staff were wonderful and helpful Kitchen was appalling, so didn’t use Didn’t have a car but parking appeared good I had no clue this was a hostel when I booked so was taken a back on arrival. Sadly because of the time of year nothing else was available. I left 2 days early If you’re desperate for somewhere to sleep it’s fine. Shared toilets and showers was not wonderful especially since I was as booked for 2 weeks. I survived"

"Great stay over between flights. Convenient, clean & friendly staff!"

"The room was clean but lacked items I would consider standard. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, handcream, water glasses or face cloths. We had booked 2 nights but was only given 2 small packets of coffee and no tea. The tv was so small that you could hardly see it. The most disappointing thing was that we had booked the hotel for its close proximity to the airport assuming there would be a free shuttle to the airport. No shuttle and a 29 pound taxi ride for the 7 minute drive. The...

"Stayed only one night so wasn’t able to use the spa (arrived late, left early) but it looked terrific!"

"Property itself is decent and the location works well if you’re driving. However, the staff attitude and housekeeping standards were disappointing for a Premier Inn. I stayed for 3 nights with my family and the room was never properly cleaned once. I requested housekeeping twice — each time they came and simply remade the bed with the same used sheets and left the same used towels. No linen change, no fresh towels, nothing replaced. For a family stay this is completely unacceptable. Staff were...

"I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be near the airport but it isn’t and the cab ride was $65! The food was also disappointing in the restaurant and really expensive for what I had"

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. The restaurant...

"Value for money"

"Great location, easy access can't go wrong here"

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the food. The restaurant menu had a wonderful selection, and everything we tried was very good. The restaurant itself seemed quite popular, which was easy to understand! The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We were also especially happy to see real cream available for the coffee at breakfast—a small detail, but one we really appreciated. Overall, a lovely place with great food, wonderful service, and a very enjoyable...

"يومين للراحة"

"Lena was a wonderful receptionist. She went above and beyond."
