"Great location!"

"If we skip the facts the body lotion was used by someone else and the shuttle doesn’t operate as a shuttle, I had a lovely stay. Reception and bar staff were friendly, helpful and polite."

"Super convenient for catching an early airport departure. Free shuttle but also walking distance."

"The staff were very helpful nothing was too much bother for them."

"very poor impression on arrival"

"This my third stay, and it was as lovely as ever! Im already planning another stay. Clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast, and such kind staff."

"Property itself is decent and the location works well if you’re driving. However, the staff attitude and housekeeping standards were disappointing for a Premier Inn. I stayed for 3 nights with my family and the room was never properly cleaned once. Relatively nearby bus stations, the airport station is a 15 min walk uphill going from the hotel, so just be mindful of that if in need of a bus to the airport. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. The restaurant...

"Value for money"

"Great location, easy access can't go wrong here"

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the food. The restaurant menu had a wonderful selection, and everything we tried was very good. The restaurant itself seemed quite popular, which was easy to understand! The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We were also especially happy to see real cream available for the coffee at breakfast—a small detail, but one we really appreciated. Overall, a lovely place with great food, wonderful service, and a very enjoyable...
