"There’s only one older gentleman that we found helpful his name is Alassdaier. Aside from that no smiling faces at the front desk. The room was filthy. Carpets stained, shower hadn’t been scrubbed and cleaned properly. Black stains on shower stall. Towels are dingy. Coverlet removed and stained decorative pillows. Nobody had bothered to vacuum the room and when we arrived there was popcorn on the floor that remained until we left. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and pillows essentially flat....

"The hotel is dated and very tired. The grounds are lovely and the staff seemed helpful. There were many hairs in the room, bathroom and linen. The bathroom felt grubby, but that’s possibly just because it’s so dated and has a shower curtain and the grouting/silicone turning black in places. We paid for a small upgrade and I dread to know what a standard room is like. Breakfast was a buffet which was well stocked but not the best quality. We ate in the brasserie which felt like an airport...

"No me gustó"

"The hotel is in a good location, nice breakfast, clean and I’d like to say thank you to Paula to help in the breakfast time. She was amazing."

"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor: 1- The shower is unclean at least in our room. 2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. How do you clean the room if you don’t empty the trash bin or make the bed? 3- The lightbulb was flickering in the bathroom and it delays when it’s switched on. 4- The WiFi is slow."

"Very clean, excellent breakfast, excellent staff."

"Positive personale"

"Loved it and will look at staying at their other properties in the future."

"Excellent location. Overall good place to stay but rooms smell a bit moldy"

"Did not like that we had to pay for parking."
