The young lady at the front desk is wonderful and took care of us with a smile. A must consider hotel if you are visiting Franz Joseph."

"Due to lack of cell phone service it took me a minute to find the hotel. Convenient for doing Haast Pass. Staff and locals were friendly. I went to breakfast around 8am and most of the food was gone and was not refilled while I was in the dinning area for 30+ minutes. Also breakfast was not the most flavorful. Dinner was great. "
