"This was our 3rd stay at Magnolia. Izzy at the check in desk was incredibly helpful to switch our King room to 2 queens to better accommodate our family. Danielle was also friendly at check out."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The cleaning staff were kind and professional. We ate at the onsite restaurant and the meal was excellent."

"The pillows were very dirty the walls were all tore up and and it smelled like someone was smoking in our room."

"Starting with the positives: Staff was very helpful and kind. You can tell there’s been some effort to update the property (the bathroom in my room was very nicely remodeled and was clean). The price for the area was an extremely good deal. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy but was serviceable. "Very cute and modern hotel in the heart of Omaha. Great bar and decor! Room was the perfect size for a single traveler."

"Stayed on a Omaha zoo trip! 3 rooms with 2 connecting! Rooms were great and the connecting rooms perfect for the small children in the group! Great location for the zoo and to restaurants and bars. Parents had a great night out while grandparents did babysitting duties! Overall excellent stay!"

"Great staff. Beautiful hotel. Parking is extra."

"Not the greatest hotel but it gets you by for a quick overnighter. Room smelled like cigarettes, half roll of toilet paper, room needed some vacuuming and staff wasn't really helpful. Kinda sad to see the world fall apart like it is"

"Staff were great. Breakfast excellent. Kids loved the pool area. Elevator wait was ridiculous! 2nd elevator was broken down AGAIN! (or still from last time) There was always a line to use the elevator. I feel sorry for the housecleaning staff who also had to wait in line to use the elevator to do their job! Otherwise our stay was good!"

"Very nice and clean. Very nice bathroom."

"I had a very nice stay here. Nice room + a wonderful breakfast selection and very nice staff. It’s a well maintained property and I would stay again."
