Night staff was friendly and offered to move us to another room where the TV didn't work, with double beds vs. the king bed we had booked. "

"Extremely filty room, rust and brown water came out of the shower every time it was first turned on, carpet sticky and smelly, half of the lights and the electrical outlets were not working or missing bulbs, air conditioner extremely noisy and did not cool room, all surfaces grimy and dirty. Missing TV remote and refrigerator was not working. Spiders appeared in the bathroom during the night. "Cute cottages! This is a nice property. Modern and clean. Convenient and easy check-in. Looks very family friendly although we were on a quick girls trip to Round Top. The only thing to know is the lofts are not full height. Fine for kids, a little difficult for adults. But it served its purpose just fine. "

"Quaint lodging with great attention to detail. It was easy to locate, easy to check in, and it had everything we needed. Little details like both plain and French vanilla coffee creamer (I’m not a big coffee drinker so I only partake if there’s flavored creamer), makeup removal wipes in the bathroom, an embroidered washcloth with my name (?!!?! "Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...
