"The only reason this hotel gets 4 stars is the surrounding area. The hotel itself was lovely! The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was a good size especially for a lot of people just wanting to spend a night or two before a cruise. They had a Nespresso maker in the room with coffee and tea available. The lobby had water and fruit infused water 24/7 and in the morning a full coffee bar. there was an enclosed courtyard which was nice. It was a short uber ride to pikes...

"Stayed here for 1 night as we were embarking on a cruise the next day. Found out it’s a popular place to stay for that reason. Shuttle service to the cruise port is offered. It’s a bit chaotic but we were able to get to our port in a timely way. Hotel was decent. Would stay again."

The room was incredibly muggy, to the point that all of my clothes felt damp throughout the weekend and were still damp when I got home. "Citizen M is a unique hotel in a fun area near Pioneer Square. But your room is small. Its honestly like being in a really really nice camper LOL. But I enjoyed it!!!"

"A wonderfully located hotel. Having no front desk and communicating by text or phone took a little getting used to. When we arrived (before the check in time) they had sent the front door code but no room number. I think you don’t get the room number until check in. Luckily our room was ready early and we got the code."

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable, The shower in my room, 205, was difficult to get the temperature leveled out in a comfortable range. Not many amenities so to speak, and the downtown noise was fairly loud. The price may be higher than I’d like for the accommodations, but overall the location was perfect for nearly everything we had planned to do"
