"Clean room helpful staff"

"Beautiful hotel. Great workout area and loved the sauna, steam room and hot tub. I used them all! Breakfast was Excellant. Staff was great. Will definitely be back!"

"Staff was really not interested in helping and when they did they were not excited about it at all. Missing hot tub big mistake."

"Stains in toilet"

"Bad smell"

"Super comfy bed breakfast wasnt bad lots of options"

"Stained bedding, parking isn’t included, out dated. Won’t be staying ever again"

"Super convenient shuttle and access to airport. I arrived on a Sunday evening and was disappointed that the restaurant, bar and hot tub were closed. In fairness, when I went back and looked closely, the hours of the restaurants were accurate, but it was disappointing nonetheless."

"The main parking lot was closed due to repairs to the underground parking lot and you had to park across the street. When I got to my room, my key cards didn't open the door so I had to return to the front desk to get new ones programmed. Staff in the evening weren't very friendly and was agitated when I asked for a couple of trash bags. The hotel itself was okay but the pop machines on the 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd floors didn't work so I had to use the one in the Lobby. My next trip to Des Moines...

"Property was clean. Staff was helpful. Didn't use the airport shuttle but nice to know it was available. Nice to have a heated indoor pool. Some fitness equipment was broken or missing."

"Cockroach in the room, smelled terrible of smoke."

"The staff is super friendly and supportive. Some amenities (pool) were closed due to construction. Property was clean and breakfast is always great."

"Clean great stay!!!"
