"Staff were very helpful. Great location to the beach and all fun and eats you can imagine."

"The Suite was a nice size but the microwave didn't work. The chair in the living was ripped, no glasses to drink out of. The bed was not comfortable and the balcony area needed painting. The building need alot of repairs to be brought up to date. The Staff was nice and helpful but I learned you get what you pay for. The area was very nice on the Beach for the price I paid. You have to buy your bag of ice."

"It was nice to have a room only steps from the beach. However, there are so many things about the property that need to be replaced or updated that it just kind of feels dirty. The floors are not pleasant. It can be saved, but it needs updating. You get what you pay for in most cases, and this is one of them. Good value."

"Great customer support"

"Great staff nice room and nice pool"

"The staff at this resort were nothing short of phenomenal! So very kind, helpful and overall made us feel like welcome old friends rather than hotel guests."

"First, it started with my 4-year-old finding a pill by our bed, and when I looked it up, it was for seizures and migraines; imagine if she had eaten that. The floor was so wet my kids kept slipping and falling. I went downstairs to let them know, and they sent maintenance up; they said the AC needed to stay at 68, which is a...

"Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned. I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash. I will not be staying here again."

"Staff dont know anything about customer service"

"Room and property was very clean and well maintained. Bed was uncomfortable, slept on loveseat most nights. On site food was mediocre. Hotel charges for parking minimum $20 for 15 hours, lazy river has no tubes, they sell them in the poorly stocked gift shop. Housekeeping staff was the most helpful and polite. Guest services/front desk were minimally helpful and failed to provide any assistance for the simplest requests. I would never pay the money to stay at those locations again. I would have...

"The hotel was nice Don’t remember the bar people walking around to take orders"
