"The room was clean and had a great view but the rest of the hotel and facilities were very old and poorly maintained. The baths were Ok - but again rather poorly maintained. Towels were thin and tiny and they didn’t want to give you any more at the baths. We were supposed to have a dinner the first night with buffet appetizers and a plated dinner, but we never had a waiter come by for the dinner - so we just ate the buffet appetizers… the buffet was mostly half empty - had to keep waiting for...

"If you are coming from the US, expecting to have a resort/spa location similar to the ines US offers, we’ll let me tell you that you are going to the wrong place. This place looks like a Disney resort in the 90’s still carpeted floor, AC barely runs, and there’s no thermostat in the room. Room smells like someone pee on the bed and never changed or cleaned the mattress. Staff barely speak English. Also, bring tons of cash, there’s some local restaurant and places that doesn’t accept credit...

"Really simple and down to earth place with lovely and kind staff. My favorite parts of the stay was talking to the counter staff and how lovely the view was from the room"
