"Absolutely outstanding experience at Hôtel du Lac Signature Hanoi! The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel, anywhere in the world. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth were second to none. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Really nice place to stay and is located centrally to My Khe beach. Heaps of good food places nearby. For those that like to go to the gym, this one has all the equipment you will need but it is very small for the amount of people that want to use it. Only two treadmills which fill up quickly. Check in is strictly 3pm, regardless of when you arrive."

"The staff here was excellent and welcoming. Property close to alot of stores and places to eat! Would recommend"

"Absolutely perfect stay"

"Da was extremely helpful and kind ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a family connecting room with a hallway. It was like we had an apartment. It’s also in a perfect location. Even though it’s across the street to the university hospital is was very quiet. Yet, you turn the corner and you’re in the action packed old quarter."

"Hotel was to die for, so pleasant and cleansliness is unmatched. Staff was professional and very tentative and helpful, will stay again when in Vietnam !!!!"

"Kudos to the staff. Their warm hospitality made a difference. They work hard to ensure the guests’ needs are met"

I ended up cancelling my stay there due to the discomfort for my family and my child. They we unnecessarily nosey about the whole ordeal. I gave them a brief answer. The staff went and asked my partner why i cancelled. Which only pissed me off further. I was so dissatissfied with the stay i didnt even care about getting a refund I just wanted out as...

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The breakfast varieties only for east Asia"

"Buen hotel Buen hotel y buen servicio y atención . El desayuno buffet muy bueno . Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias. La localización del hotel es muy céntrica, en pleno barrio antiguo. Muy Recomendable"

"Japan in Da Nang: no passport stamp required! 🌸 Walking into Mikazuki feels like you've been teleported straight to Japan. The property is absolutely stunning, and every corner is a photo opportunity. The reception staff were just wonderful, and so were the rest of the staff in the hotel. Warm, genuinely helpful, and always ready with great tips on what to see and do around Da Nang. It's also a dream for families. Between the in-house water park, TWO lazy rivers, an infinity pool and the...
