"Room was very clean, however its rather small with two queen beds. The elevator was hard to figure. You push floor one and it stops on floor 2. You push floor5and it stops on floor6"

"Le personnel était incroyablement serviable et accueillant. Nous devions prendre un bus pour une visite de la baie de Ha Long à 7h et avons choisi cet hôtel comme point de rendez-vous, car nous voulions y être déposés après la visite, pour y passer une nuit après la tournée. Nous avions nos bagages dans la rue en attendant et ĐA nous a accueillis et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages là pendant que nous prenions un petit-déjeuner avant d'être pris en charge. Ils se sont souvenus de nous à notre retour et ont été très amicaux et serviables pendant tout le séjour."
