"Great location，room was specious and well maintained. Water taxi can pick up/drop off at the hotel. Beautiful building."

"The area where the hotel is situated is quiet, and charming. The hotel was clean, the rooms were large clean and quiet. The free shuttle from the airport and back was a surprise. And the staff was awesome, on checking in I had a small medical problem and they jumped right in to help. This property is highly recommended!!!"

"Great"

"It’s beautiful; the rooms are cute; staff is friendly and helpful. The location of this property is unbeatable - right on Grand Canal, close to everything. Highly recommended. Options with breakfast included are optimal, for breakfast is pretty good (and is served for quite a long time)."
