"Everything was clean and fresh and looked very well maintained. However, I wish this hotel could have coffee/tea bar (mini one at least) in the room. We really like to have a coffee while getting ready for the breakfast. Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom, all staff; make up, ect. got condensation from showering. Lastly, bath robe would be nice to have."

"It's great location .Very close to the train station.Good restaurant .Very professional receptionists.Always willing to help the customers.Free airport shuttle is very useful.Only down side is house keeping . Very lazy unprofessional cleaners.Who wants to spend their holiday in a pigsty? Not me for sure."

"Excellent clean and conveniently located air conditioned hotel with cheerful, helpful staff. As it was our first time to Venice we particularly appreciated being met at the airport and assisted by Francesca. Be aware that in Italy when you’re on the 3rd floor that’s North American 4th and there is no elevator. Francesca carried our bags up and the daily trips up and down certainly strengthened our legs! Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different. Overall it is not worth the money at all. And really it just made Venice experience way too expensive and not good enough. "

"Great balcony view overlooking the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge."

"Fantastic location..with water taxi drop off right outside. Lovely hotel with large rooms. Fab breakfast, dinner and food. Hotel offers water taxi straight to airport, very convenient. Stayed 2 nights"

"I really loved this cute hotel, it was conveniently located to the square and the water taxis. There were shops and restaurants all around - I would definitely recommend."

"If your room is on the top floor. You will need to climb one flight of stairs. Other than that, all is good."

"Staff is not that helpful; we complained about AC not working and the technician never showed up. The map of the campsites that they share is very confusing. Restaurant is not that good. No dining options nearby. One good thing is they operate a shuttle to Venice."

"Excellent location near trains and water bus and taxi. The staff contacted me multiple times about checking out because they didn't realize I was staying an extra night. They didn't do housekeeping that day."

"Amazing place the staff is very helpful no complaints at all I will come back no hesitation Thank you so much guys"

"Great location in a well maintained older building (as with all of central Venice). Room was a bit small but modern, clean and brightly appointed. Other larger rooms are available. Would definitely recommend. Only minus is that the elevator does not go to the ground floor."
