"Great hotel in a perfect location"

"The property was clean and the room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the city and ocean. The parking g was a bit tight but at least they do have a few spots available. Most if the staff also speak English if that is needed. The breakfast was really nice too with fresh squeezed orange juice and a good selection of things to eat. Loved the uniqueness of the place."

"Friendly staff and clean rooms"

"Excelente hotel, staff y desayuno"

"Sehr nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer und gutes Essen."

"While the Expedia listing was inaccurate (there are no rooms with a king bed and two doubles/twins), the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel is close to a city elevator; just make sure to catch it before it closes, or you will be hiking up several flights of stairs. The lounge areas throughout the property, including the outdoor terraces, were wonderful for our group of six to relax. The included breakfast and the views from the restaurant were amazing!"

"The location was great; could walk to most attractions. The room was vintage, spacious and clean. The views from balconies were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and filling. And lastly Karin & Pablo were awesome! They were friendly, exceedingly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel and we hope to come back soon!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the small, one-story cottage at the rear corner of the property, accessible through the beautifully appointed side courtyard. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived past the regular breakfast time because of flight changes due to weather."

"Atención muy amable, excelente ubicación, la vista de la terraza espectacular"

"One of the most spectacular places I have ever been able to visit. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful people. So friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak the language very well. Food and wine is fantastic. Loved everything about this stop on our trip to Chile."

"Un hotel en una muy buena ubicación pero los detalles faltan. Ejemplo: en la habitación hay para lavar platos y cocinar. No hay paño de cocina se pide y no se logra tener uno. Ducha en mal estado y con filtración. Parrilla soportes de nivel en mal estado. Un hotel de ese precio no puede ocurrir esto."

"It’s not always easy traveling in another country, but the kindness and hospitality we received made our experience even better. We truly appreciated everything they did for us and felt welcomed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Concón, Chile. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay with outstanding service and people who genuinely care about their guests, this is the place for you! Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would...

"Nice area. Next to the sea. Parking is a little bit cumbersome as you have to drive to a separate elevated driveway and done a rocky path to a gate that you have to unlock yourself and close the car off with the gate. Otherwise, the hotel room is very nice and cleanly. Bathroom is kind of small. Management was kind. It was a little difficult getting a hold of management as we arrived at the hotel at about eight or 9 PM. We had to bang on the door pretty loudly to get somebody to come out. We...
