"Perfect location staff super friendly and facilities excellent"

"What an amazing place to visit. Great for couples. Staff was amazing, food was good. Not close to shopping or restaurants, it’s on a hill, but the view is amazing. Walking distance to downtown, all downhill. Parking is tricky, but staff is helpful. Lots of places to visit and explore within the city."

"Excelente hotel, staff y desayuno"

"Sehr nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer und gutes Essen."

"Super Alge sehr schöne Aussicht zum Hafen, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, gutes ausreichendes Frühstück super Restaurant mit sehr leckeren und preiswerten Essen vorhanden, Beim Parken im Parkhaus gibt es Ermäßigte Parkplätze für das Hotel"

"While the Expedia listing was inaccurate (there are no rooms with a king bed and two doubles/twins), the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel is close to a city elevator; just make sure to catch it before it closes, or you will be hiking up several flights of stairs. The lounge areas throughout the property, including the outdoor terraces, were wonderful for our group of six to relax. The included breakfast and the views from the restaurant were amazing!"

"One of the most spectacular places I have ever been able to visit. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful people. So friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak the language very well. Food and wine is fantastic. Loved everything about this stop on our trip to Chile."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the small, one-story cottage at the rear corner of the property, accessible through the beautifully appointed side courtyard. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived past the regular breakfast time because of flight changes due to weather."

"Me gustao"

"The only problem we experienced was the fact that the hotel had live music in the restaurant until very late in the night. We had a very early start the next morning and did not get much sleep!"

"It’s not always easy traveling in another country, but the kindness and hospitality we received made our experience even better. We truly appreciated everything they did for us and felt welcomed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Concón, Chile. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay with outstanding service and people who genuinely care about their guests, this is the place for you! Thank you for making our stay so memorable. "Un hotel en una muy buena ubicación pero los detalles faltan. Ejemplo: en la habitación hay para lavar platos y cocinar. No hay paño de cocina se pide y no se logra tener uno. Ducha en mal estado y con filtración. Parrilla soportes de nivel en mal estado. Un hotel de ese precio no puede ocurrir esto."
