"This hotel feels like it wasn't maintained since it was built in 1974. It's definitely historic Soviet monument, but well lived and desperately needing renovation if they want to keep it. Breakfast was great, reception stuff helpful, laundry service is really good. Keep in mind that even though we requested non smoking room it was smelly in the hallways especially at the hotel entrance, where official smoking place is located, which is very unpleasant. Restaurant adjacent to the hotel is...

"The hotel is new, clean, and well appointed. The staff is helpful and kind, although the English of the weekend staff could have been better. The weekday staff were quite fluent. I had messaged the hotel before my stay that I would need to reserve an airport transfer early Monday morning. Once I arrived Sunday evening, no one was aware of this or seemed to know how to set this up. I showed them the messages I had sent and insisted that something be arranged. I went to bed uncertain as to how I...

"The room was spotless, I think that's the best gym ive seen at a hotel and everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Oh, the breakfast was also very good."

"This is a safe bet if you're looking for a clean, modern, and well appointed property that's close(5-15min walk) to food and sights. I have nothing to complain about. Spent two nights."

"Very clean, modern. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff."

"Very good!"

"excellent hotel 5 star service and lodgings"

"エレベーターがないので、3階までスーツケースを運ぶのがちょっと大変だった。"

"Loved everything about this hotel. Room was nice. Staff made sure we had everything and helped to solve any problems we had, answered all our questions. Loved breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."

"レギスタン広場からも近く便利な立地です。夜景含め気軽に何度もレギスタン広場の見学に行けるので楽しめました。スタッフの皆様の対応もフレンドリーかつ丁寧で良かったです。ホテルライクというよりも……、まさにそこで暮らす様に寛いで過ごせるという点でオススメのホテルです。"

"The best kind of hotel. It was clean, it was quiet, it was simple, but well appointed, The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the check-in/checkout procedures were seamless. I want to commend the efficiency and kindness of the man who worked at the front desk. The cleaning staff were awfully nice l Luckily this hotel does not resemble the higher-end establishments in Tashkent, which look pretty much look like any higher end hotel anywhere,"

"Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff."
