"Overall the hotel room was clean and did the job but the room was very tired. Furniture was damaged and stained. Facilities in the main reception again was basic but provided all we needed. Think they could maybe have more staff in the hospitality areas and the breakfast was not the best we have had. But overall for the price it was satisfactory."

"The lady who checked in was so lovely, even took us to our room. Every member of staff asks if you need help finding anything and direct you to were you need to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the room stay was 10/10."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a lovely stay at The Royal Hotel. The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel is in a great location and offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!"

"The premier suite needs the toilet seat fixing and a plumber needs to sort out the drainage as when the bath drains it back up into the shower tray in the bathroom."
