"The room was incredibly small and located on an unusual side, far from the other rooms near the stairwell. It was extremely hot, and the proximity to a main road made it unbearably noisy. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful. My pregnant wife, who urgently needed to pee, was trapped in the stairwell area because our key wouldn’t open the door. We couldn’t even return to the elevator area since the key was useless. I had to descend four flights of stairs to the main road and...

"This hotel was very nice, clean and quite full of history. The buildings in Florence are old but this one was very well maintained and a beautiful hotel with character and charm. Breakfast had good choices and variety. The rooms are big compared to more modern buildings and takes you back in time. And the staff were friendly and helpful. We were centrally located and everything was easy to get to. I would love to stay here again."

"Ottima struttura di fronte al mare con accesso immediato e spiaggia privata Personale molto gentile La spa e spettacolare con benefici sull corpo grazie al Aqua salata calda alla temperatura giusta Unica pecca che ho trovato la camera Sapeva da vecchio ci sarebbe da spendere anche qualche euro per rinnovare piccole cose anche tipo il porta bicchieri"

"Modern Hotel, A/C, great breakfast, and Taxis available non stop!"

"Muy buena ubicación, el ambiente del hotel agradable, el personal atento, y el desayuno rico."

"Loved the place. Our cabin was perfect & it’s right on a bus line into town."

"The room was clean except the walls were dirty and need painting. The flushing mechanism on the toilet needs adjustment. The staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast bar was excellente. The sea bass on the lunch menu was great. The grounds are well kept and have several outdoor seating so very nice hotel overall."

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

"Beautiful property. The restaurant and breakfast are great. Rooms are cozy and quaint. To consider there shuttle is only to get you to the bridge and walk or cab from there to wherever you’re going. It’s the distance from places such as stores restaurants be prepared for any extra needs of expenses such as bottled water or snacks. Make sure the wine card you prepay for self serve you return for credit it’s $10 a glass and it’s about three sips. But beautiful place and great for quiet and...

"Staff very helpful! Room was ready early which was wonderful since we arrived before the check-in time with all of our luggage. Excellent location - only a few minute walk to the train station. Close to shopping/dining options. Since we travelled to Italy in late September/early October, we found out after the first night that they turn the A/C off at night so our room was a little warm for sleeping. They did offer us a fan to use. Good breakfast options. Loved our stay!"

"The room was small but manageable. Location was good and walkable if you don’t mind 20 min walks which is a long time if you’re trying to get some where. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. Dinner was good. Limited choices though. Loved the cool water in the automatic fountains. Went Sept 8-10. Hotel was a bit pricey for my taste but cute hotel. Had a gym but didn’t use it. The beds were 2 twin size and we pushed them together. We were too tired to ask for a full size or...

"Beautiful hotel, Rooms are spacious, very clean. Very good breakfast. Conveniently located. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. Safe location. Staff were also very helpful . Would stay here again"

"فندق جميل وغرفه واسعه ووالموظفين لطيفين وخدومين يستحق الزياره مره اخرى. "

"This hotel was perfect for us. Right near Point Vecchio where hundreds of shops and restaurants are. The staff (especially Emanuel) were perfect. They took the time to speak with us and help when requested. Our room was a very spacious garden view on the first floor, the private garden was our front yard. The roof top bar was great too, get there early if you wish to watch the sunset with a drink. The next time we visit Florence we would certainly stay here again."

"Beautiful place and room was nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was nice also (coffee was surprisingly bad). We were booked in their other hotel - Horto Convento. Upon our arrival we were strongly encouraged (coerced?) to move to this hotel - Della Calza. In hind sight, I’m not sure I would have moved - Della Calza is a further walk from the sights of Florence, not as pretty and, while in Florence, we had little interest in the spa."
