"Unfortunately the hotel stay was a negative experience. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere for accommodation given my frustrating experience with the hotel. After arriving, I had an issue with my room which was slow to be resolved and required being moved into a new room, and multiple issues with keycard access. "The accommodation is very good value for money. Nice facilities. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Just one small complaint. We arrived in a torrential downpour, but had to wander around the site in the dark looking for our chalet. I thought a little buggy to help travellers would be a good idea."
