"The rooms were very clean and welcoming. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"The property was in a decent area with beach access even though we didn’t go on the beach. The pool bar only had low-tier alcohol. There was no seating at the pool bar. There was no fan at the pool bar (badly needed). The servers at the morning breakfast weren’t friendly and looked like they didn’t want to be there. A half a smile goes a long way. A couple of times they were fussing about something while the guests were around. The front desk was helpful. Decent job of keeping the pool clean....

"I was so pleased with the service from the moment you walk up to the front desk. The staff were pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The stay was perfect!! Would come again"

"My stay was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed roaming around the island also."

"The menu can be revisited, adding more non sea food options, understanding the vibe of the hotel is to promote Tobago and our local and seafood vibe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the grounds well maintained"

"Rooms very spacious, shower space is huge as well. A hidden gem in Tobago. Pool is amazing as well. Intend to stay again and again!"

"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk...

"Tiles in the bathroom were dirty, sink was dirty and the floor had hair all over. The rooms are also not sound proof as I was hearing the person in the other room snoring loudly all night long. Also, a spider greeted me by the door this morning!"

"Habitación limpia, desayuno rico"

"It was very relaxing and accommodating"

"The was a wet spot in my room furthermore, the breakfast could have been better with some waffles, yoghurt, or bacon included."

"It was a decent experience"

"Truthfully, initially, I was very disappointed because the property seemed dated. The next day, though we went through to the back and it was very beautiful by the beach and the pool. I would recommend the adjoining restaurant, it's reasonably priced, and the service was commendable."

"The restaurant service staff and the food was great. Beautiful property and the room was well maintained."
