"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diesen Gastgeber vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"The house was cute and just what we needed for the weekend. Loved the location being around the corner from Main Street, with a local pizza place and an adorable bakery. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee provided. Check in was a little wonky - we were waiting for an email from VRBO, per the owner, but never received one with the instructions. Luckily, Mark (the owner) was very responsive to my texts. The best mattress was the double upstairs. The others were not...

"Property is very clean. They had very nice plush bath towels. Nice. Very nicely located between Utica and Rome. Just be aware that this on the second floor. It's advertised as such but I missed that in the ad. We usually get first floor because my husband has mobility issues and has trouble with stairs. We had one issue with the television (it was guest problem), we contacted the host and he IMMEDIATELY responded and talked us through. Very happy with our stay and with our host."

"Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. "

"Liked it overall. Breakfast wasn’t good, but otherwise stay was fine. Would stay there again"

We arrived around 3:00 PM to check in and immediately encountered a long line of guests waiting at the front desk. Despite there only being one customer service representative assisting guests, the process was extremely slow and took over 25 minutes. Unfortunately, this caused us to be late to the wedding we were...

"Overall was a good experience. Only thing we had an issue with was the wall outlet in our room was loose and our phone charger kept falling out. One suggestion is to put refrigerators in the rooms."

"This is a very beautiful property. The hotel and room was very nice. There were several restaurants and bars to choose from. The spot I ate at was perfect for a delicious burger and cocktail."
